Class Information
Sacred Hips in Motion Belly Dance classes are low impact yet high energy classes that combines the basic percussive and fluid movements of belly dance with urban and international music. It is our goal to expose students to the many benefits of belly dance such as toning and tightening belly and core muscles, strengthening arms, revving up the metabolism, alleviating stress, improving flexibility, promoting inner well-being through dance, and most of all have fun!

Thursday Morning Zoom
